Spring Pond was formed by digging a head around a natural spring in the damsite block paddock,
allowing water to back up to form the pond with the overflow at the right as seen in the pic below.
The pond in the far distance is Big Pond, the last pond in water flow through the wetlands system
The water from Spring Pond overflows into Upper Big Pond before flowing into Big Pond (both unseen to the right).
This view looks south onto the damsite block from the pathway at the top of the block.
Water flowing over the pathway comes from Triangle Pond and enters into the left side of the Spring Pond seen in the middle.
The pond in the far distance is Big Pond.
